Contacting and visiting our other sites

Our Trust headquarters is based in the Pathology and Pharmacy Building at The Royal London Hospital, Newark Street. We also provide services from a number of other locations.

Cancelling and questions about your apppointment

If, for any reason, you are not able to keep your appointment, or require further details, please tell us as soon as possible by calling the telephone number that is on your appointment letter or card so that your appointment can be given to another patient. 

Making a comment or complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, or the care we are providing for your relative or friend, please raise the issue with us as soon as possible so that we can address it. Find out how to provide a comment or complaint.

You have the right to obtain a copy of information the Trust holds about you. Please see our dedicated pages for patients for information and guidance on how to obtain a copy of your own health records under the Data Protection Act.

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

The patient advice and liaison service (PALS) team at Barts Health offers free and confidential support, information and advice to all our patients and their relatives, friends and carers. Contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).

Patient safety

Barts Health is committed to patient safety and promote timely reporting and investigation of incidents that resulted or could have resulted in patient harm.  Individuals or organisations that need to raise any patient safety related concern for further investigation can do so by phone or email: 0207 480 4853
