Our governance

Our governance arrangements seek to establish the structure, culture and systems to support the delivery of our objectives.

Our board provides leadership in setting the strategic direction of the Trust and maintaining high governance standards.

The standing orders, reservation and delegation of powers and standing financial instructions provide a regulatory framework for the business conduct of the Trust and the basis for other key policies

The Trust is licensed to operate through its registration with the Care Quality Commission and related statement of purpose.
